Red Group Defense Systems LLC is a consultant in the integration and application of surveillance technologies dedicated to improving survivability through technology, intelligence, and innovation.

In 2012, recognizing the increased threat of violence and the need for personal protection training, Campisano founded Three Shepherds Tactical.  Since inception, the original mission of improving survivability expanded to include technology, intelligence, and exploitation.  In 2021 Campisano rebranded the company, Red Group Defense Systems LLC, to address the evolving mission.

Campisano has over 25 years in law enforcement, including 20 years as a deputy sheriff with the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office, and is currently assigned to the executive protection detail for Magisterial District Judge.

Prior to his career in law enforcement, Campisano served as multi-functional manager with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems, (NE&SS).

In addition to various professional memberships, Campisano maintains professional, technical, instructor, and firearm certifications.
